What’s Driving Your Pain? Conditions We Address
If you’re on this page, you’re likely looking for an answer to a specific problem. In my 30+ years of practice, I’ve found that while the symptoms might be common, the cause is always individual. I don’t treat “conditions”—I treat people who are experiencing them.
At Chiropractic Little Rock, we use a combination of chiropractic adjustments, PEMF therapy, and clinical massage to get your body’s “electrical system” back online.
Text MeSpinal & Nerve Related Issues
When the “conduit” of your spine is misaligned, the signals between your brain and your body get garbled. We focus on clearing that path.
- Back Pain: Whether it’s a dull ache from sitting at a desk or a sharp catch when you bend over, my job is to find the specific joint or muscle that isn’t pulling its weight.
- Neck Pain: This often comes down to posture, “tech neck,” or old whiplash injuries. We work to restore the natural curve and movement of your cervical spine.
- Sciatica & Leg Pain: That shooting, electric sensation down your leg usually means a nerve is being pinched or irritated. We look for where that pressure is starting—usually in the lower back or pelvis.
- Disc Issues: You don’t always need surgery for a bulging or herniated disc. By restoring proper mechanics to the spine, we can often take the pressure off the disc and allow the body to heal.
Headaches & Upper Body Tension
I see many patients who thought they just had to “live with” chronic headaches. Often, the source is mechanical.
- Tension Headaches: Usually driven by tight muscles at the base of the skull and top of the neck.
- Migraines: While complex, many migraine sufferers find significant relief when we address the “noise” coming from their upper cervical spine.
- Shoulder & Arm Pain: From rotator cuff issues to “pins and needles” in your fingers, we trace the problem back to its source—whether that’s in the shoulder joint itself or the nerves exiting the neck.
Injuries & Physical Stress
Life happens. Whether it was a sudden impact or a slow build-up of stress, we help the body recover.
- Auto Accidents & Whiplash: Even “minor” fender benders can jar the spine and soft tissues. We focus on reducing the immediate inflammation and preventing long-term stiffness.
- Sports & Athletic Injuries: From weekend warriors to dedicated athletes, I help fix the mechanical imbalances that lead to strains, sprains, and decreased performance.
- Repetitive Work Strain: If your job requires you to do the same motion—or sit in the same position—for 8 hours a day, your body eventually “locks” into that shape. We help break that pattern.
My “Straight Answer” Policy
I’m a troubleshooter by trade. If I look at your case and believe I can help you move more comfortably, I’ll tell you exactly how we’ll do it. If your condition is outside my scope or requires a different type of medical intervention, I’ll be the first to tell you that, too.
I’m here to get you results, not to keep you on a treatment plan you don’t need.
Not Sure If We Can Help?
The best way to find out is a simple conversation. We’ll look at your history, check your mechanics, and give you a clear path forward.
